A mouth guard is a cover to protect your teeth, jaws and surrounding structures. We know our Aussie kids love their sport including basketball, hockey, soccer and rugby. This always places their teeth (especially their front teeth) at risk of injury. Mouth guards are generally worn on the upper teeth only. However, in some sports such as boxing and martial arts, a guard for the lower teeth can also be given.
We highly recommend mouth guards to be worn at all times of play. This will avoid damaging and possibly losing their teeth.
