About Us

Dr Rekha is our principal family dentist and the proud owner of Midway Dental Clinic, since 1992. After attaining her dental graduation, worked in Manly Hospital for almost two years and then changed to private practice. She is a highly popular family dentist, well established and one of the leading dentists in Ryde and the inner-west.

Her strengths are in depth and complimenting experience in many areas of complex dentistry such as oral surgery, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, soft tissue grafting and orthodontics. She prides herself on maintaining personal relationships with all her patients and is most understanding of all circumstances. She is a proud mother of two, and enjoys cooking, family time and dancing in her downtime.

Education & Qualifications

• Received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Bapuji Dental College in India
• Worked in Manly Hospital
• Completed a 2-year orthodontic residency with Progressive Orthodontic Seminars
• Currently works as an instructor and mentor for Progressive Orthodontic Seminars

Dr. Ine has worked with Midway Dental Clinic for over 10 years and is a valued member of our team. After graduating in 1992 at the University of Melbourne, she worked alongside Dr. Rekha at Manly Hospital. She is experienced in all facets of general dentistry, and is particularly interested in crown work, root canals and orthodontics. Dr. Ine is our multi-linguistic dentist and is fluent in English, Italian and Indonesian.

• Completed a 2-year orthodontic residency with Progressive Orthodontic Seminars

Dr. Vinay is second in lead and the son of our principal dentist - Dr. Rekha. After graduating, he has worked all over the beautiful Australian mainland including Cairns, Townsville and Alice Springs and returned home to Sydney. He has a particular interest in orthodontics, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dental implants  and wisdom tooth removal. In his own time, Dr. Vinay loves to DJ, and play tennis and cricket.

• Received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from James Cook University in Cairns, Australia
• Completed a 2-year orthodontic residency with Progressive Orthodontic Seminars
• Volunteered in Nepal promoting dental health

Dr. Leslie is our most recent addition to Midway Dental Clinic, and is fluent in Cantonese. He has practiced for several years in Brisbane and Port Stephens before returning to his home in Sydney. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, and has a special interest in oral surgery, and wisdom tooth removal. In this own time, Leslie loves going to the gym, cooking, travelling, as well as looking after his puppy Momo.

Education & Qualifications

• Received a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland, Australia
• Volunteered in Brisbane mental health unit promoting oral health
• Works numerous jobs across Sydney in a purely surgical role
